With the rapid development of urbanization, vehicle travel has became one of our major transportation, but the increasing number of vehicles has also lead tofrequent traffic accidents. According to the National Traffic Accident data,major traffic accidents are caused when vehicles are speeding, obviously traditional speed limit signs alone cannot meet the needs of traffic safety. Inresponse to the long- standing problems of traditional speed limit signs suchas Chaotic, Unclear,and Unobtrusiveness. Based on DIANMING original radarspeed limit and warning signs product line, and combined with the requirementsof Transportation and Main Roads, We had jointly developed and designed a new generation with our local partner. "Vehicle Activated Signs" it`s fully complied with Australian standard, and now has launched !
This is an integrated system that integrates long-distance speed measurement radar and LED signs, which integrates speed limit information publish, Vehicle speed tracking display, speeding warning reminder,and real-time data collection & monitoring.
The system monitors the speed of passing vehicles, and display it on the LED sign in real time, reminding the driver to pay attention to the driving speed and the current road speed limit, warning of speeding, which can effectively reduce the speed of passing vehicles and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents. In addition, in relatively special road conditions, such as schools, community entrance and exits,construction sections, suburban connections, tunnels, expressways, and traffic intensive roads,our Vehicle Activated Signs can play an important role in safety warnings.
Further more, the equipment adopts full solar power system, and wireless network communication, GPS positioning, No need wiring, easy installation and commissioning, 7x24H working design, all-weather working mode that fit for various of bad weather conditions, helping to reduce the work intensity of the traffic control department, and effectively curb speeding traffic violations Ultra-Lowering the incidence of the traffic accidents.
DIANMING newly upgraded Vehicle Activated Signs has thefollowing features：
1. Surface powder coating: Matt finish process, ultra low glossy,high contrast ratio effect
2. High end material: Marine Grade Aluminum, screen body is only10kgs, high strength, good corrosion resistance, Designed life minimum 20 years.
3. 3M™ Diamond grade fluorescent reflective film, super reflective performance, wide-angle, goodweather resistance.
4. Bird Spikes design: Solar panel can be equipped with birdspikes to prevent the conversion efficient reduction of solar panel due to bird`s droppings
5. The solar panel is adjustable in multiple angles, its mounting bracket can be installed horizontally or vertically; the pole installation adopts with din rail design, and its fixed position is adjustable.
6. High configuration banded radar: The radar target range can reach 180 meters, the speed measurement is 11kph-160kph, two-way recognition,the detection target will automatically filters out small objects.
7. Remote wireless management: Build in 4G wireless module(Optional with 5G), remote management of equipment through web end anytime and anywhere.
8. Control software: Failure pixel detection, capable of monitoring the current display content, door open/close status, internal temperature, battery level, communication and other status.
9. Quality assurance: Passed the EMC, IP, Demp Heat, Vibration and impact tests by the International Mutual Recognition Arrangement notify body, and meets the Australian MRTS218 technical specifications.
