The design of Dianming's optical lens is able to focus the light which comes from wide angle (120 degree) of LEDs into narrow angle to be easily read by road users, meanwhile the luminous efficacy got improved and the electric current for LEDs is reduced. As a result, it extends the life span of the VMS as well as energy-saving.
Modular optical lens design means convenient for assembly, maintenance and waterproof. High quality material of optical lens contribute UV-resistance and high light transmittance. The design in honeycomb bead surface is helpful to reduce the glare from sunshine and street light.

The surface of Dianming's VMS applies the unique matte abrasive structure which will create a diffuse reflection to the sunlight; thus the brightnessreflection from front surface of the VMS is reduced.
The optical lens of Dianming's VMS applies the internal light absorption design which will decrease the external light reflection on the lens, so the brightness reflection of the VMS is ulteriorly reduced.
With the matte abrasive surface and the internal light absorption design on lens, the contrast ratio of Dianming's VMS can reach as high as 20:1 in white color, under the external illumination at 40000 lux.
Besides traditional VMS structures which use visor design on the surface to increase the contrast ratio, Dianming also produce European style VMS, which its surface with optical lens is more smooth, thus no dust or snow will stay on the VMS surface. The display content on the VMS will be clear and complete all the time.
Compare with matrix font, normal matrix font only can display fixed size font, i.e. 16×16, 24×24, 32×32, 48×48, but since we use windows vector font, font can be continuously variable among 1-72, in which we call font infinite zooming.
